Hello and welcome to my website
My name is Jessica, I am from the north of Germany, I worked in Cologne for many years and now I have been living in Central Switzerland for a long time. I can say that I feel like I have arrived here.
From a young age I was interested in the levers of business, the impact of good management on the economy and at the same time the technology that forms the basis of the most successful export (companies) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. After training as a technical draughtswoman, I went on to become a state-certified technician and then graduated in industrial engineering, also on the job.
According to the Gallup “Strength Test”, I am a learner. Yes, that’s true. I spend a lot of time seeking and finding information. This is a real driver for me. New and exciting articles and interesting videos with great and sometimes groundbreaking content are published on the web every day. However, they often get lost in the shuffle of information and posts, or don’t get the attention they deserve.
The intention with this blog is to bring together the best articles, videos and news on management culture, leadership, personal development, the employee to co-entrepreneur journey and much more.
